Processing times Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. No shipments are made on public holidays.

Delivery times Deliveries are made within 7-14 business days from shipment. Times may vary depending on destination and carrier. In case of significant delays, we will contact you by email.

Carriers We use reliable international carriers (e.g. DHL, GLS or equivalent). A tracking number will be sent by email at the time of shipment.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the order.

International shipments We ship throughout Europe and to many countries worldwide. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
