Right of Withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

You will receive a confirmation of your withdrawal by email shortly.

Effects of withdrawal In the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your communication. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the goods or until you provide proof of return. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• Goods made to order or personalised
• Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, opened after delivery
• Digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium, if execution began with your consent
• Perishable goods

Conformity of goods (EU Directive 2019/771) Products must conform to their description. In the event of a lack of conformity, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination within 2 years of delivery.
